Who Are We Looking For:
Our Derm Exclusive brand is growing at a tremendous pace with a hit infomercial and fantastic sales.  We are looking for a Manager-level candidate to manage and lead Derm Exclusive brand, with an emphasis on building more aggressively on our growth with primary focus on acquisition  and secondary focus on continuity retention to improve Revenue Per Order and Customer Lifetime Value.
 
You’re Right For This Job If You Can:
• Develop and execute marketing plans considering all potential acquisition streams:Work to drive the profitability of dedicated acquisition efforts via telemarketing and web testing.
• DRTV upsell
• Online Acquisition
• Database marketing
• Lead development of Social Media strategy for the brand.
• Assist with development and launch of beauty products.
• Co-lead concept development
• Co-lead formula development & testing in partnership with R&D.
• Co-lead packaging development and testing as well as time-line in partnership with Ops.
• Partner with Creative to design the look and feel of packaging and collateral
 
Skills and Experience:
• Experience / Passion for the Beauty category, preferably in Direct Response.
• Have strong knowledge of active ingredients and their benefits.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional team & packaging design team/agency.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and requirements.
• Experience in managing a P&L.
• On-line acquisition and marketing experience
• Innovative and creative thinking
• Organizational leadership and the ability to influence
